• Glass and anodized aluminium accident protections.A stainless steel standard AISI 304 frame.
• Main drive unit for rotary plate with variable speed pulley, designed for easy speed variation of the machine.
• Infeed rotary table for bottles loading stainless steel AISI 304, diam. 1200 mm.
• Integrated bottle stainless steel AISI 304 rotary plate 1600 mm diameter that transfers the bottles to a vertical star wheel for cleaning operations. Vertical blowing wheel that handles the bottles during the cleaning operation. During the wheel rotation special nozzles blow filtered compressed air in the bottles. The wheel is provided of handles for the easy change over of bottle
• Machine can be equipped with powder vacuum cleaner and Anti-static ionizing bar for plastic bottles.
• Filtered compressed air circuit for internal bottle cleaning, filter (0,22 micron).
• Automatic discharge of the bottles.
