TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

• Cartridges automatic loading operation to the filling and capping stations.
• Separation belt for cartridges and load them to the first star wheel.
• Main drive unit with easy machine speed variation by means of inverter (electronic variation).
• Set of Star-wheels, working with continuous motion and designed to handle the base size of cartridges.
• Checking unit to control presence of cartridge in the star-wheel. If the cartridge is missed the machine will no fill.
• Bowl feeder for rubber stoppers provided of support adjustable in height.
• Rubber stopper transferring chute from the bowl feeder to the cartridge in star-wheel.
• Pushing device for automatic insertion of rubber plunger into its place in the bottom of cartridge
• Checking unit to control presence of rubber stopper on the bottom of the cartridge. If no rubber stopper is detected the machine will not fill that position (no bottle-no fill system) and rejects the cartridge.
• Filling unit composed by 8 syringes with stainless steel AISI 316 cylinder and piston SS316L. The ELECTRONIC ADJUSTMENT OF THE DOSE is very simple and adjustable from HMI, without stopping the machine and without having to open the doors / safety protection.
• Bowl feeder for aluminium caps provided of support adjustable in height.
• Transfer chute for caps from the bowl feeder to the cartridge in star-wheel.
• Checking unit to test the presence of cap on the cartridge neck. If no cap is detected the machine will reject the cartridge.
• Set of 16 capping heads to guarantee the perfect tightness of the filled cartridge. The heads are crimping style using a collect to minimize formation of particulates.
• Tray unloading system For cartridges collecting.
• Box to collect the rejected cartridges.
